Vacuum leak found to be in turbo actuator. Changed out and adjusted for full boost @ 18 mmHg vacuum. Attempted to change out N75 but boost did not work properly (something with Gator tune?). Changed back to original and after a little more driving, boost in 3rd and 4th gears came back!
