Started a day after N4. No-tilled Paloma E3's (FBN) into dead cereal rye. Drill settings: Middle notch on depth wheels, light rolling harrow pressure, medium-heavy disc opener down pressure, #8 on coulter cart and #19 on seed population, averaged 230k population, planted 14.4 A (adjusted). E3 variety (2900 seeds/#). Ground conditions: soil moisture on dry side, depth 1 1/2" - 2". Big Blue: 11th gear, 1500 rpm, 5.5 mph, 45-49% engine power, 0.4 gal/A.
