No-tilled Plenish P37 soybeans into dead cereal rye. Drill settings: Middle notch on depth wheels, light rolling harrow pressure, medium-heavy disc opener down pressure, #8 on coulter cart and #20 on seed population. P37 variety (2276 seeds/#) averaged a little over 190k population. Ground conditions: plenty of moisture, depth 1 1/2" - 2". Big Blue: 10th gear, 1500 rpm, 4.5 mph, 42% engine power, 0.5 gal/A.
